A company built on real experience
Venetrust Investments LLC is a real estate development company with a 14-year track record in the industry.
In 2008, we saw an opportunity in Connecticut's real estate market by buying undervalued multifamily properties and bringing them back to life through renovations and hands-on management.
What started with a few properties slowly grew into a portfolio of more than 250 rental units built one project at a time. Our journey began in workforce and affordable housing, working closely with Section 8 and local communities. Along the way, we learned that great property management was just as important as great real estate.
That experience led us to create our own in-house management team, allowing us to stay hands-on, improve operations, and create better living experiences for our tenants.
