What geographic areas does Venetrust currently specialize in?
After more than 14 years working in the Northeastern U.S., Venetrust is now mainly focused on Florida, with active projects in Miami, Little Havana, Lehigh Acres, Cape Coral, and La Belle.
What is "Value Engineering" and how does it benefit your projects?
For us, Value Engineering means reviewing each stage of a project to find the best way to build well, control costs, and maintain quality. The goal is to create more efficient and profitable projects without sacrificing design.
Does Venetrust only build, or do you also manage properties?
We do both. We are involved from site selection and development all the way through property management once the project is completed. That helps us take better care of the asset and preserve its value over time.
How do you select land for your developments?
We select sites based on market analysis, area growth, infrastructure, and demand. Our main focus is the middle market, serving working-class families looking for quality housing at accessible prices, without targeting the low-income segment.

Yes. We work with architects, engineers, and permit runners with whom we have built long-term relationships. That allows us to be faster and more efficient in preparing, filing, and processing permits in the areas where we operate.
